We have no idea what goes on behind closed doors.

This is me.

Two photos, approximately 12 hours apart.

One is of me having the time of my life preparing to dance in public with 180 other baby wearing mums for Children In Need.

The other is 12 hours later waiting for the paramedics after experiencing the mother of all panic attacks at 2am. 

Could you tell from the first picture that I suffer with Postpartum OCD and anxiety?

Could you tell from the first picture that I have put so many techniques and strategies in

Could you tell from the first picture that I hate the way my mind takes over and how it ruins the fun of raising my little ones?

No.

Exactly.

You don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. And you might not be the one who gets to know either for a variety of different reasons.

But regardless, be kind. Always.
