Destination Wedding Venues With On-site Accommodation

Are you looking for the perfect wedding venue that can also accommodate your wedding party overnight? Sometimes this is most ideal for those couples who have guests travelling from afar or if you quite simply just want to be able to enjoy breakfast with your guests the morning after your Big day! I have selected a few of my favourite venues, all of the different ilks, but all of which can house your guests overnight;

Wasing Park is a beautiful barn wedding venue in Berkshire. Located in the rural village of Aldermaston, close to

Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke. The pretty church of St Nicholas lies just yards from the wedding venue at Wasing Park. It can seat 80 guests and has a Jacobean pulpit where your friends or family can give a reading. After your service, have photos on the lawn before leading your wedding procession to the Garden Room for drinks and canapés. Beautiful venue but only 9 suites available as on-site accommodation.

Brympton House

This fine Country House is surrounded by natural splendour in the most tranquil setting amid the rolling hills of Somerset.

Belchamp Hall

Belchamp Hall in Suffolk is a Queen Anne period house of rich red brick with a front nine bays wide and of two storeys, below a cornice and solid parapet. They specialise in intimate weddings for up to 50 people but, on rare occasions, they do allow much larger marquee based weddings to be held at Belchamp Hall. Accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests.

Ace Hotel is a hip boutique London hotel just 5-minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station.

The 7th floor offers various event spaces — with wide windows dolling out dreamy views of Shoreditch and greater London. Their faithful 100 Room is a 600 square foot space that’s great for receptions, rehearsal dinners or whatever else you need an expansive room for — with access to their wide, cinematic terrace. They are licensed for marriage and have capacity for 60 guests at your ceremony, 150 at your reception but 258 rooms of accommodation.

The Gallivant is styled to feel like a New England Beach House and is just minutes away from a lovely sandy beach; Camber Sands in Rye, East Sussex. You can enjoy your drinks reception on the sand
