Hey lovely ladies (and men if you’re reading)… I just wanted to let you all know about the family music festival I organise. Yes, I organise a festival. Don’t ask! It’s in Hove Park next weekend and if you’re coming down, please drink a pina colada for me as I’ll be running around like a headless chicken.

trapeze (just like I am pictured here, below, at our first festival in 2014) attempting a Circus Project workshop- they’re free, run by my lovely friend Vicky and they’re for everyone, not just kids.
Failing that, I’ll be behind the decks, DJing in our Club Tropicana Tent, attempting to stop my youngest son grabbing the mic and shouting, ”Poo.” He actually did that last year. I kid you not.
Anyway, bring your kids (there’s tons of lovely, free stuff for them, from yoga to bush-craft to circus shows), your dancing shoes
