Happy birthday. So today is the day you are going to born, 14 August 2018. It is a strange feeling to know when you are going to burst into the world and fill our lives with joy. Christmas
It has been a long 9 months with you in my tummy. A nervous first 12 weeks, hoping and praying that you will grow and fill our lives with joy. And then my body started to struggle. I knew physically having baby number 2 would be hard with all sorts of pelvis pains kicking in and needing lots of Physio to keep me going. And then I ended up on crutches. My body has just not been as strong as I had hoped to carry you easily. I finished work earlier than planned and stayed home trying to take it easy. But it was never easy enough, you have

And now we are finally here, we made it through to your birthday. You and I together did it and despite all the physical challenges that I never thought could be so intense, we are here. You are coming into the world, maybe a few days earlier than you had planned but we all think you, your sister, your daddy and I are ready and that you will be happier and healthy out than in.
