Help A Mother Out

Smile at the mum with the bitch resting face, the one at the nursery or school that probably won’t smile back. You never know although her child looks immaculate as your child runs in with toothpaste on their jumper and cereal in their hair. She may have had the worst morning ever, her life could be totally shit although it looks together, your smile could brighten her day even for 30 seconds.

you know you stink of baby sick, the fact that she has made it to drop her other children off is an echeviment in itself, (GO YOU).

Tell the dad that is looking stressed that it’s going to be ok. He hasn’t dropped his child off much and he can’t cope with her tears of ”daddy don’t leave”. Although his daughter or son will be fine in 5 minutes he is riddled with guilt as its all abit new and scary.

Invite the mum that looks in the verge of tears for dinner. It doesn’t have to be expensive, abit if pasta for all the kids and a cheap bottle of

Thank the teachers, they work really fucking hard.

I have tried to do one small act of kindness a day, I believe it makes me a better
