WHAT THEY DO: Help Refugees is a grassroots humanitarian aid organisation. Primarily working where large NGO’s are unable to operate, they are the largest provider of aid in Calais and Dunkirk and are active in Lesvos, Samos, Chios, Athens, Idomeni, Turkey and Syria
WHY WE LOVE THEM: Because the team behind Help Refugees are truly inspiring! They are not qualified ’charity workers’ – they are normal people like us who started an initiative to help others because they saw that refugee families desperately needed help and they weren’t getting it

Refugees!
SM SUPPORTS: Our above donations have been spent on the overall running costs of the organisation helping them to react to crisis appropriately as and when it happens. For instance buying shelters for refugees in Calais or buying kitchen equipment for make-shift canteens that distribute free food to hungry families.
Help Refugees SAYS: ”Thank you so much for your ongoing work. We honestly couldn’t carry out as many projects if it weren’t for your generous support.”
