Here’s me in my #selfishmorther sweatshirt (obvs) talking about the stereotype that is attached to HypnoBirthing and why we should readdress what HypnoBirthing actually is and how celebs, normos and hippys can ALL benefit from a some strong birth preparation.
Marie Mongan first coined the phrase HypnoBirthing back in 1989. We’ve all moved on a bit from then and the term HypnoBirthing, even today, is causing people to close it off as an option for them in case they get messed up by some kind of crazy witch craft.
