Making Fitness Work for Mums

Though I’m a member of a really good gym I really struggle to find the time to go. Either I’m chained to the laptop writing, at work or living mumlife which means I am home playing with the playdoh or pretending to be a Anna from Frozen.
Last year before the Women’s Health Magazine Finals I made a real effort to train in the gym more, after a few months of this it really started to take it’s toll on me both physically and mentally. I have always worked out at home and when I got back in to fitness after Arabella was born it was how I started

my journey. I decided to take the whole of December off training to give my body a good old rest and during this time I started to realise that moving forwards I didn’t need to go that much full stop. In early January I decided to start making short YouTube videos showing mums and women how to workout at home. I probably go to the gym 2/3 times a week to have a change of scenery but some weeks I don’t even manage that so home workouts are the answer. I bought some home workout equipment which can be seen here: Home Gym Buys
