Choose a family. Choose lack of sleep, lack of social life, money worries. Choose city exodus and the quiet life. Choose knowing your children’s future will be less fucked up than your present. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, but knowing you took the chance to turn it around and leave a world that’s worth living in, worth fighting for; knowing your kids and your kids’ kids will look back and shake their head at what a fucked up world your generation managed to create.
