So, I have decided to do it. I have decided to start writing a blog.
And why the hell not?
It’s 2015, everyones doing it (or vlogging, which is a whole different ball game – not quite ready to cross that bridge just yet!)
As I sit here with my Friday night glass of p-sec, being all brave and thinking ’yea, I can do this, I can write’- those silly little doubts that we women seem to get about ourselves in EVERYTHING are already creeping in.

Well, this is me: Lisa – mummy of 2 absolutely gorgeous children, Alex & Eve. Married to ’the greatest footballer never to make it professionally’ (his words, not mine). Oldest of 5 children (yes 5). Absolute true Scorpio. After 9 months ’off’ on maternity leave I have recently returned to my job in The World of Marketing and despite having a wobble every now & then, mainly on the train to work in front of complete strangers, it feels like I am doing okay!

forced a change in me – in the way I feel about myself and what I am doing ’for me’.
So whilst this is taking me RIGHT out of my comfort zone, it’s also one of many things on my GOALS list and as a person who live and dies by LISTS, I am working my way through this particular one!
Looking forward to writing about my escapades as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and all-round-decent person.
