Your wedding photographer is one of the lowest maintenance and least demanding people involved in the buildup, but you’ll still want to make the time to meet with them. Don’t Reveal the Table Plan

If weddings aren’t the best place for a little bit of family drama and politics to surface, then we don’t know where is!

By showing your great aunt your table plan you may be thinking that you’re involving her in your day, but she’ll think you’re asking her opinion on who should sit where. Don’t Obsess About the Timeline

Having a timeline for the day is important because it ensures you fit in everything, and that you won’t be confronted by a mob of hungry guests who haven’t been fed all day. Put it in a prominent place like the entrance hall to the venue and people will have a clear idea about what to expect before the day gets started.

Don’t get obsessed about it running to the minute though. This is the first event of this size you’ll have thrown as a couple, and there are always bits that run a couple of minutes fast and others that take an extra 10 minutes. Leave your watch in the hotel room and just go with flow and you’ll enjoy the day a lot more.
